Already have a test account?

You can contact admin@snapattic.co.uk from the email address associated with your SnapAttic account. Describe your request and use “SnapAttic account and data request” as the subject. Do not include passwords or sign-in codes.

Requests are reviewed individually. We will verify ownership and explain the available process and any necessary retention. Sending an email is not confirmation that an account or its data has been deleted.

What to keep in mind

Uninstalling does not request account deletion. Marketplace adverts and exported photographs or backups you control need to be managed separately. We do not promise immediate removal of every backup or offline copy.

Future subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. The public app’s deletion and privacy information will be provided before launch.

No automatic deletion form

There is no deletion form or account-deletion button on this website. Email is the enquiries route.
